What products are included in the Camino pro line?
The Camino pro line contains both amino acid (AA) formulas and Glytactin™ formulas. Specific products include:
- Camino pro BetterMilk™ with Glytactin™
- Camino pro RESTORE™ with Glytactin™
- Camino pro AA Drink - Fruit Punch (PKU, MSUD)
- Camino pro AA Drink - Pina Colada (PKU, MSUD)
- Camino pro BetterBar™ with Glytactin™ meal replacement bar coming soon
How do the Camino pro formulas work?
The Camino pro line was designed to be modular, meaning that you can mix and match any of the Camino pro products to fulfill your daily protein requirements. Your physician or dietitian can help you determine the appropriate combination(s) to fit your prescription.
Can I mix and match Camino pro products when I order?
Yes. Each Camino pro product line can be ordered separately, and are available in cases in the following quantities:
- BetterMilk - 28 packets
- RESTORE - 12 bottles
- AA Drink - Fruit Punch - 28 pouches
- AA Drink - Pina Colada - 28 pouches
What is the shelf life of Camino pro products?
All unopened products should be stored in a cool, dry environment and have a shelf life of one year when stored properly. Once the product is opened, consume entirely or refrigerate the remaining contents and consume within 24 hours.
Do I need to weigh or measure any of the Camino pro products?
No. All Camino pro products come in pre-measured portions.
Can I sample Camino pro products?
Yes. Cambrooke Foods would be happy to send you a sample kit once it has been approved by your dietitian.
Does Cambrooke Foods accept Medicaid or State health insurance?
Cambrooke Foods does not accept Medicaid payments directly. However, Cambrooke Foods will assist with locating a pharmacy or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider that participates in a patient's State Medicaid program.
