We are committed to delivering your product quickly and at the lowest possible cost to you. Many of our products are perishable. Our standard shipping method delivers your order within 10 business days anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. You may select next day service at an additional charge. Call or email for shipping quotes to locations outside the 48 states and Canada.

Our fulfillment system is fully integrated with our shipping partner. The secure Cambrooke Foods' Order form validates your shipping address and allows you to track your package from the minute it leaves our facility.

Cold Shipping Procedures

Many of the Cambrooke Foods’ products are freezer stored requiring the use of cold-ship methods. Cambrooke drop-ships these cold products directly to the consumer from the freezer in either cooler bags or styrofoam coolers with dry ice and ice packs ensuring that food arrives to the consumer in a timely fashion.

When coolers sit and food is not placed in the freezer in a timely fashion or during summer months when temperatures rise, some thawing can occur. If food is partly frozen, still has ice crystals, or is as cold as if it would be in a refrigerator (4.4°C / 40°F or colder), it is safe to refreeze or to use.

The low protein bread products tolerate temperature variations maintaining integrity very well even after a room-temperature thaw because of the special low protein ingredients. Other foods such as Cambrooke’s fresh-filled pastas may suffer in quality after a freeze/thaw cycle because product may stick together.

We recommend freezing most of Cambrooke’s low protein cold products for long-term storage following general food-storage recommendations. For best results, keep products wrapped securely in the coldest part of the freezer until use. Cheese products, if kept securely wrapped can be stored until use in the refrigerator. Low protein bread products stored counter-top for more than four or five days will develop mold, and any products left unwrapped can be exposed to airborne microorganisms. With the exception of Cambrooke’s individually wrapped cheese slices or shredded cheeses, it is recommended that refrigerated food be consumed within four days or refrozen.

Shipping Costs

For the 48 contiguous US states and all Canadian provinces, the Cambrooke Foods online store will automatically calculate the shipping and handling cost based on your Order Price and shipment type (Dry or Cold) based on the following schedule:

Dry Ship - Order Minimum of $30

If your order contains only dry ship items, your order is processed using the dry ship rates listed below. Allow up to ten (10) business days from the time you place an order to receive your shipment. "Dry foods" don't count toward the cold ship minimum.

Cold Ship - Order Minimum of $50

If your order contains any cold ship items, your entire order is processed using the cold ship rates listed below. Allow up to ten (10) business days from the time you place an order to receive your shipment. If the order contains any "cold ship" foods, then it must contain a minimum of $50 in COLD SHIP foods.

Our cold and refrigerated products are carefully packaged in foam coolers and arrive fresh to your door within 3 days of leaving our warehouse. We plan our cold shipments to avoid weekends (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not counted as shipping days). We reserve our right to ship cold and dry items in the same container. Our cold products ship frozen from our warehouse, however they are not guaranteed to arrive frozen. We recommend that the cold products are placed in your freezer upon receipt, providing that they do not arrive warm.

Returns

Should you have a problem with your shipment, please contact our customer service center at 866 456 9776 to receive instructions and an RMA number to credit your account. We aim for your complete satisfaction. Any returns or corrections must be filed with Cambrooke Foods within 14 days of receiving your order.
