Sign up for an account and create your Profile. You will be asked to note the clinic that you regularly visit as well as your current metabolic formula. (Clinic information is necessary if you would like your clinic to participate in the monitoring of your wellness.)
The Allow Clinic to Manage Me checkbox gives your clinician the ability to monitor your wellness and enter information such as routine blood level test results so that clinic visits will be more productive.
