Announcing Cambrooke Foods' new, free web-based collaboration environment for metabolic patients and their clinics!
Monitor your patients' wellness by using Cambrooke's DietWell™, a secure, web-based collaboration between you and your patient. DietWell™ will allow you to record blood level test results, keep tabs on your patients' dietary and supplemental protein and see in graphic format the effect on your patients' wellness.

Initial use of Cambrooke's DietWell™
Clinics can participate in DietWell™ at no charge and once registered, will be given an activation code entry and a special administrative code to allow them to view or enter their patient information.
Enter the Cambrooke Foods' website (www.Cambrookefoods.com) and select the DietWell™ tab. Click on For Clinics in the menu bar and then click on the Sign Up Now link at the top of the page. Register by completing the DietWell™ Clinic sign-up page and creating your profile.
Within one business day of registering, you will receive an email activation link that will allow you to use your username and password to login into DietWell™. (We will alter your access internally at Cambrooke to give you administrative privileges to your clinic information within a business day of registering.)
When you enter the DietWell™ system you will be taken to an administrative screen which shows a list of patients from your clinic that have indicated that they would like your clinic to manage them. You can update their profile of personal information, enter/edit daily information, and review their charts and reports from here. Also on this screen is a Formula link that will take you to a general listing of formulas that includes protein density and cost information. This will be useful to you when you are making changes to their prescription.
You can also enter patient information on your own to use as a patient diet management, tracking, and teaching tool.
Enter blood level test results for your patient. Record or analyze the Daily Protein Intake Supplemental/Formula and Daily Protein Intake/Dietary to follow your patients' protein intake since their last visit. View the charts and graphs to assess the relationship between diet and wellness.
Participating patients who actively use DietWell™ will receive points for completing their daily wellness record that can be used to purchase low protein food at Cambrooke Foods.
