Description - Each carton contains 8-9 nuggets or 4 - 2 nugget (73 g) servings or 3 - 3 nugget (96 g) servings of Imitation Chicken Flavored Tweekz. Add ease and taste to your meals with these imitation chicken flavored breaded veggie pieces made to resemble the popular chicken nuggets that are on the market.

If you have 8 Tweekz in a package - Some boxes may contain 8 Tweekz, instead of the posted 9, but the weight of the package should be consistent. If you receive a box with 9 Tweekz nuggets, you can follow the posted serving size/nutritional recommendations. If you receive a box containing 8 Tweekz, each nugget is slightly heavier. We recommend 2 nuggets per serving (about 73 g) which would have 0.7 g of protein, 33 mg of phenylalanine, 34 mg of valine and 44 mg of leucine. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

Preparation Instructions - Conventional Oven - Recommended method: Preheat oven to 375 F. Place frozen nuggets on baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until crisp. Serve hot. To pan fry: Pan-fry lightly thawed nuggets in hot oil, turning occasionally for about 3-5 minutes, until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.

Serving Suggestions - Serve for lunch or dinner as main entre item with a favorite low protein side dish. Use for sandwiches or meat substitutes in casseroles.

Storage Instructions - Store in freezer. They will keep unopened for twelve months.
