Description - Each package contains ten 8-inch low protein tortillas re-developed by Cambrooke Foods to improve texture. Make delicious vegetarian "wraps" or use in traditional recipes that call for tortillas or lavash. A ready to serve versatile flatbread ready to fill with your favorite low protein ingredients.

Preparation Instructions - Warm tortillas before use to increase pliability. Heat in a skillet or on the grill for about 10 to 15 seconds on each side, in a pre-heated 250 degree oven wrapped in foil for a few minutes or in the microwave on the de-frost cycle for about 20 to 30 seconds or until heated through. Wrap: Place filling into the center of each tortilla and fold the bottom and sides over the filling. Wrap securely in wax or parchment paper or in plastic wrap to hold together.

Serving Suggestions
• Make delicious vegetarian "wraps" for a quick lunch or use in traditional recipes that call for tortillas or lavash.

• Use as a wrap for your favorite sandwiches and veggies. Create dinner entrees by wrapping your favorite filling, pouring on sauce and baking.

• Lightly brush the top and underside of 1 tortilla with olive or vegetable oil and sprinkle with your favorite seasoning i.e. Salt, Taco Seasoning, etc. Place on a pizza pan and with a pizza wheel, cut into 8 to 16 triangles. Place in a 400 degree oven and bake for about 10 minutes, turning once until golden and crisp. Serve with salsa or guacamole.

Storage Instructions - Store in freezer for up to six months. This will maximize freshness and flavor. (Our fresh, frozen tortillas are soft when thawed but they become more tender and flexible when heated.)
