Description - Each package contains one pound (approximately 33) of fresh-filled, precooked Ravioli. Our Portabella Spinach Ravioli are small pouches of fresh pasta dough filled with a low protein savory cheese with herb blend, spinach and portabella mushrooms. We use only fresh spinach and portabellas from local farms and flame roast them in our facility. Our special dough and filling is prepared fresh, par cooked, and frozen rapidly to keep all the flavor in! You'll appreciate the gourmet taste in every bite!

Our Ravioli can be boiled, sauteed, or deep fried for many wonderful serving variations. Add your favorite homemade tomato sauce, gravy or just plain with butter to complete the presentation!

Preparation Instructions:

STOVE TOP METHOD:

1. Bring 2-3 quarts of water to a boil, salt optional. 2. Place frozen ravioli into boiling water. Stir gently. 3. Decrease heat and allow to simmer for no longer than 3-4 minutes. 4. Drain and rinse carefully.* 5. Serve with your favorite sauce. *For best results, prepare as directed, after draining pan fry in a little oil or butter to reduce starchiness.

MICROWAVE OVEN

1. Place frozen ravioli in microwavable dish. 2. Completely cover ravioli with your favorite sauce or gravy. 3. Cover dish with plastic wrap. 4. Heat on high for 30 seconds per ravioli. 5. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.

CONVENTIONAL OVEN

1. Place frozen ravioli in pan. 2. Completely cover ravioli with your favorite sauce. 3. Place lid on pan or cover with aluminum foil. 4. Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until filling is hot. 5. Let stand covered for 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Suggestions - Serve simply with olive oil (or butter) and a sprinkling of Cambrooke's Chicken-Flavored Consomme and Seasoning and cracked black pepper or your favorite sauce, gravy, or with sauteed vegetables folded through for a fabulous gourmet meal. Drop ravioli into boiling Chicken-Flavored Consomme and Seasoning for an awesome quick meal.

Storage Instructions - Place in freezer immediately. Keep frozen until use, for up to twelve months.
