Description - This package contains two pounds of Cambrooke's own low protein, imitation Mozzarella Shreds - great for making pizzas or adding to casseroles, salads, lasagna, and more.

Preparation Instructions - If kept frozen, remove individual portions as needed and thaw at room temperature.

Serving Suggestions - Sprinkle on a Tuscan Pizza Crust to make a quick and delicious low protein pizza. Add to casseroles, salads, lasagna or make grilled sandwiches using Cambrooke's HomeStyle Sliced White Bread or Artisan Bread.

Storage Instructions - Refrigerate for up to one year. If open, keep tightly sealed for maximum of four months
