Each heat and serve meal package contains 10 oz. of our vegetable and spice blend. Eack serving is 1/2 meal packet or 5 oz (142 g). We have used only fresh vegetables and spices and no preservatives to make this convenient Medley Meal.

Preparation Instructions:

Heat and Serve:

Microwave: Empty contents of pouch into microwave dish, microwave until hot or microwave in open pouch, serve. Stovetop: Empy contents of pouch into saucepan and stir until heated through.

Serving Suggestions - Serve over low protein rice or pasta. Place in a low protein flour tortilla and roll for a novel meal idea.

Storage Instructions - Store in a cool, dry place. Product will last two years or more.
