Microwave: Empty contents of pouch into microwave dish, microwave until hot or microwave in open pouch, serve. Stovetop: Empy contents of pouch into saucepan and stir until heated through.

Serving Suggestions - Serve over low protein rice or pasta. Place in a low protein flour tortilla and roll for a novel meal idea.

Storage Instructions - This unique processing prepares food at very high temperatures and high pressure which retains freshness for 2 years from production without preservatives. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if food pouch is leaking or puffed.
