Cozy Mornings Description:   Made with real apples, this is a cozy, wholesome breakfast hot cereal that is quick and easy to prepare. It is fat and cholesterol free and provides 14 essential vitamins and minerals. It is a source of fiber and has 16 mg of omega 3 fatty acids per serving. Great for babies as a "first food", too. Just use half of suggested serving amount and preparation liquid. Product comes in a 32 oz (907 g) plastic container. There are 30 (30g) servings per container.

Preparation Instructions: Stove Top: In a saucepan combine 3 Tbsp. (30g) of cereal  and  1  cup of water or non-dairy creamer or a combination of both. Stirring occasionally bring to a boil and reduce heat.  Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Microwave: Using a microwave safe bowl, add 1 cup water or non-dairy creamer or a combination of both.  Microwave on high 2 to 3 minutes; stir. Let stand one minute before serving.

Infants and Toddlers: For infants and toddlers, use 1.5 Tbsp. of cereal and 1/2 cup of liquid.  Be careful that prepared product has cooled sufficiently for child.  Discuss introduction of solid foods with child's physician.

Storage Instructions: Store in cool, dry place.

Ingredients:  Tapioca, cassava meal, vitamin blend (inulin, tricalcium phosphate [a source of calcium], magnesium oxide, flaxseed oil powder, electrolytic iron, niacinamide, zinc oxide, vitamin a palmitate, vitamin d3 cholecalciferol, b vitamins [folic acid,thiamin mononitrate, cyanocoblamin, riboflavin, pyridoxine hcl], copper gluconate, selenium yeast), apples (sulfur dioxide, preservative), apple flavoring (maltodextrin, modified food starch, natural flavor).
