Description - A low protein Italian pasta shaped like long ribbons -- a good choice for serving with hearty, thick sauces. For variety, break in pieces and put into soups or use for a salad. The Aproten line of pastas are also wheat/lactose-free and low in salt and potassium, making them suitable for individuals with renal diseases as well.
Preparation Instructions:
1. Boil 4 cups of water (add salt if desired).
2. Stir tagliatelle into the boiling water and then simmer for 9-10 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse under running water for approximately 2 minutes to remove excess starch.
4. Add your favorite sauce mix.
Serving Suggestions - Prepare Cambrooke Foods Alfredo Sauce Mix and pour over the prepared pasta or top with your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce.
Storage Instructions - Store in a dry place away from heat for up to two years.
