Description - A low protein Italian pasta shaped like little thimbles. This versatile shape can be used as the base of any dish. Preparation Instructions:
1. Boil 4 cups of water (add salt if desired).
2. Stir ditalini into the boiling water and then simmer for 7-9 minutes.
3. Drain and rinse under running water for approximately 2 minutes to remove excess starch.
4. Add your favorite sauce mix.
Serving Suggestions - Prepare Cambrooke's Alfredo Sauce Mix and pour over the prepared pasta or top with your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce.
Storage Instructions - Store in a dry place away from heat for up to two years.
